To provide our services and fulfill your order, we collect the following information:

Account & Fulfillment Data: Your email address and your GitHub username. We use this strictly to generate your License Key and grant you access to our private GitHub repository.
Payment Information: We use Stripe as our payment processor. We do not collect or store your raw credit card numbers. Stripe provides us with a transaction ID, the tier you purchased, and your billing email.
Usage Data: We may collect basic, anonymized analytics (such as page views or browser types) to improve our marketing and website performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data we collect solely for the following purposes:

To process your payment and deliver the Software.
To grant and manage access to the Ship AI SaaS GitHub repository.
To verify your License Key when you request customer support.
To send you important product updates, security patches, or new feature announcements.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We only share your data with essential third-party service providers required to operate our business:

Stripe: For secure payment processing.
GitHub: To invite your username to our code repository.
Email Providers: To send your purchase receipts and license keys (e.g., Resend, Postmark).

4. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption and secure databases (via Supabase) to protect your email and License Key data. While no system is 100% secure, we take all reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access.

5. Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, or request that we delete it. Please note that requesting the deletion of your account/email will result in the permanent revocation of your GitHub repository access and License Key, as we will no longer be able to verify your purchase.
