Welcome to Ship AI SaaS ("we", "our", or "us"). By purchasing, downloading, or using the Ship AI SaaS boilerplate (the "Software") and this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or purchase our Software.

1. The Product

Ship AI SaaS provides a digital software boilerplate, including source code, UI components, and architectural patterns, designed to help developers build AI-powered applications.

2. License Agreement

Your use of the Software is strictly governed by the Ship AI SaaS Commercial License. By purchasing the Software, you agree to the terms outlined in the License Agreement, which prohibits the resale, redistribution, or public sharing of the source code.

3. Refunds and Returns

Due to the non-returnable nature of digital source code, all sales are final. Once a purchase is completed and access to the GitHub repository or source code download has been granted, we cannot offer refunds. We highly recommend reviewing our documentation and features before making a purchase. If you encounter technical issues, our support team is available to assist you.

4. User Accounts and Repository Access

To fulfill your order, we require a valid email address and your GitHub username.

  • Access: We will grant repository access only to the GitHub account provided during or after checkout.
  • Revocation: We reserve the right to revoke repository access and invalidate license keys if we detect a violation of our Commercial License (e.g., sharing your license key with unauthorized third parties or publishing the code in a public repository).

5. Limitation of Liability

The Software is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall Ship AI SaaS or its creators be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of the use or inability to use the Software, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

6. Updates and Support

We strive to keep the Software updated with the latest framework versions (e.g., Next.js, AI SDK). "Lifetime Updates" refers to the lifetime of the Ship AI SaaS product. We reserve the right to discontinue the product at any time, though you will retain access to the codebase versions you have already purchased.
